Skywatch Friday

This past Sunday we experienced some dramatic weather conditions on a drive across the Niagara Peninsula. This is what we had been "skywatching" about 20 minutes prior. This was taken shooting north from the QEW highway - the white building is a greenhouse complex. The dark green vegetation that runs horizontally through the photo is likely a type of fruit trees.

    What a marvelous shot! It does look storm threatening, dramatic! You can almost feel the electricity in the air!

    Such a beautiful photo with great contrasts. We really have turned our world upside down. We have clear blue skies and temperatures in the 30's and are on water restictions...and this is in the temperate rainforest!!! Have a great weekend.
