Scattering.... I am in total agreement with everyone else...this is my favorite picture of yours that I have seen so far. Great subject for black and white...you have really captured it here.
Thanks for the kind words everyone! This photo was a classic case of my original exposure not really capturing how dramatic the sky was at the time. All I did to improve it was tweak the contrast and brightness a wee bit and convert it from colour to B&W and this is the happy result.
What a postcard quality photo. I love it. See you next week again.
ReplyDeleteFantastic! You can almost feel the rain! Marvelous monochromatic shot!
ReplyDeleteLove it.
ReplyDeleteAwesome photo! One of your best yet.
ReplyDeletePipe and slippers for Gray - you have him so spoiled. I assume he takes catnip in his pipe.
OMG! What a fantastic photo!!! I love it!
ReplyDeleteDramatic. It's so vast, very cinematic image.
ReplyDeleteI hope the storm passes by quickly. Nice shot.
ReplyDeleteI love this photo. What a storm coming! (I love storms.) Also, the signs ... work, play, shop. Fun! Thanks!

ReplyDeleteThis photo looks like my old home town, Goshen, Indiana. Made me nostalgic there for a moment. Very nice picture.
