It was a beautiful spring Sunday and this little cutie was enjoying the sun on our neighbour's lawn as we were setting off for a drive.
A solitary shed on a farm field.
This spot is always one of the last to give up the snow.
Not as close as I'd like but here's a pair of Wood Ducks (l-r) : female and male.
Hope you're having a great day, wherever you are!
You know how I love your old barns, Elaine. This one is no exception!
ReplyDeleteGreat old barn. Like the bunny, too.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing a lovely day.
ReplyDeleteNice collection of shots....I'm a sucker for barns.
ReplyDeleteI love the old barn it looks great. I dont like the snow it makes me feel cold. Heather is out cutting the grass in bright sunshine, its chilly but if you find a nice spot it can be very warm here.I am indoors watching snooker not warm enough for me to go out yet. Don
ReplyDeleteHi Don (& Heather)! It's been grey and windy here today - it was 8C but felt much cooler. I see that my perennials are coming up in my garden - it amazes me that they have the nerve! The snow is completely gone but it doesn't feel much like spring yet. Cheers, Elaine
Deletepretty nice blog, following :)
ReplyDeleteThanks! I'll have to check your's out as well.
DeleteWe've had rain but no snow, hardly any this year up at the cabin or in town. But finally there's some in the high country to help us get through the winter. They say about 3/4 of a normal pack. FYI we are going to Newfoundland again this summer after about a four year wait. This time we are going across to Labrador as well. It should be great fun. - Margy
ReplyDeleteHi Margy, Good to hear the you're heading to Newfoundland and Labrador. You'll have me beat in two ways: 1. I'm not going to the island this year and 2. I've never been to Labrador, I'm ashamed to say. Hope you have a wonderful trip, I look forward to reading all about it!
DeleteGlad everyone is liking my barn habit :-)
