      It even felt close, it was pretty magical. If you check the post "sunset surprise", the photos were taken at the same location on the same evening, just a little different direction.

    Looking up at the stars. Gorgeous - and soooo much better than any photo I have taken of the moon.

      Hi! It's always hard to get a good moon shot with a point and shoot as I generally lose crispness or the shot is shaky. I think I was lucky this time.

      Thanks, Vicki! It was a magical moon and a great evening - we also saw an Osprey fishing (see "sunset surprise" post). I've been back just over a week and I'm finally catching up on my posting. Takes a while for the brain to rise up out of vacation mode. ;-}
