    Sure did, a beautiful full moon. We had a minute or two of wet snow this afternoon - about 10 minutes after I took this photo. It didn't amount to anything.

    What I'm intrigued by in this shot is the way the corn (it is corn, isn't it?) is set in the middle of such a broad grassy strip. As a country girl by origin this leapt right out at me - we don't really have such cultivation patterns in Scotland.

    Have you brought out the blankets out? Mild here, for now. Fall has been good to us.

    Skipper says hello to Gray. We just lost Princess, our calico. She was 15. Sad day, but I stayed with her while they sent her to heaven.
