This is our first ever scavenger hunt and I think it's a very clever idea. The guidelines (thanks Monica) are:
* straight out of the camera, no editing
* one photo per word
* three words for each hunt
* add a fourth photo if you can find all three hunt words in one (or just post this one photo)
* hunt area includes your town, surrounding areas, surrounding countryside
The three words for this hunt (thanks Dawn Treader) are: round, square, triangular
I found all three on the bulletin board by my desk at work.
Round
Square
Triangular - sort of
Looks like fun - maybe I'll try next time. - Margy
ReplyDeleteAs I sit at my desk at work I might be able to find all 3 shapes, too; why didn't I think of that? (Question: Cirque du Soleil has a Beatles themed show?)
ReplyDeleteWhat luck to find everything in one place.
ReplyDeleteThis is so much fun! I went to a nearby park to 'hunt' and got so many shots that I had a tough time selecting just 4!
ReplyDeleteThat was a fun theme. You did a great job.
ReplyDeleteQMM
Loooove them..very creative hon!! hugs, Sarah
ReplyDeleteI've just lifted my eyes from my desk and wallah, I see the three shapes, too. Would not have noticed had you not prompted me!
ReplyDeleteIt's easy top go Paris now with the Tunnel.
ReplyDeleteSometimes it's not as hard as you think to find what you're looking for ;) Great finds. My favourite is that little watering can.
ReplyDeleteI want to go to Paris too! But there isn't a tunnel from the United States...is there? Well done!
ReplyDeleteVery cool that you could find the things sitting at your desk. good job and have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteonce again this shows that we often don't see what is right in front of us.
ReplyDeletesecurity word - MIxest (the most mixed?)
Great eye!
ReplyDeleteHow neat that you found all three right in front of you!
ReplyDeleteI'm popping in to say hello. I am hoping in June to rejoin the Shoot Out. My vision is too blurred to see through the camera, to get any kind of a picture. Yours are great. The task sounded like fun. I love your bird on the post header, Elaine. =D
ReplyDeleteIt's great to see what you like and look at every day. I was looking around my house and work. I couldn't find any shapes in this theme that I liked, you got lucky.
ReplyDeleteLove the theme and I must say I laughed at the triangle. I just showed it to Heather and she said of course its Triagularish
ReplyDeleteYou guys are having too much fun with your "shoot outs!" How cool that all the items were right there by your desk.
ReplyDeleteIs it getting to be spring there yet Elaine?
