Christmas Day birds

Spotted a flock of Snow Buntings this morning - 40+ birds in a cleared corn field, swooping up and down. Lots of House Sparrows and one lone Red-breasted Nuthatch at our feeders around 9am. Quiet now, rain potentially turning to freezing rain.

  1. what would happen to the birds without feeders like you?

Would they fly to Neww Zealand?

I am in The Gold Coast of Australia. I met some Ibises. Big birds they call rubbish birds, because they eat up rubbish. Can't wait to downlaod tem.

    Merry Christmas.

  3. I did take some photos of the birds at our geeders but there wasn't anything special. No luck with the buntings as they were too busy swooping up and down. I bet there are lots of RARE birds in Bel Air. Have fun!
