Natural volunteer yard art - pansies that "chose" to appear in my neighbour's driveway
Un-natural yard art, as seen on Highway 59 north of Woodstock
The Friday Shoot gang is comprised of a bunch of fun people you'll find listed on the right side of this blog. Next week's theme is "reflections" - thanks to Audrey for choosing it.
Fascinating spider web. And that last yard art photo is a hoot.

Thanks Dan! I've struggled in the past with use of the macro setting on my little Canon SX100 but this is one time when it worked quite well. My macro shots are coming along.
ReplyDeleteWhat an incredible mishmash yard at the end! Possible the prizewinner for weird yard art!

I love that first picture...and the brave pansies. And as for the Un-natural yard art...well.. remind me to show you a place on our French Shore drive, when you get home!
ReplyDeleteI love the second picture with the pansies sneaking through. Three really great contrasting ideas of yard objects.
ReplyDeleteSuch a fascinating collection!
ReplyDeleteThose raindrops look like floating pearls.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos!
Spiderweb with the raindrops was awesome!
ReplyDeleteNow, just tell the truth! You snatched all of the yard art in your neighborhood and put it in your yard for one shot. That's it, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteDid you tell all of those people that we have no rules?
Gordon, I'll have to do a proper post on the location of the 3rd photo. It's a private property called Windmill Hill and the curios in this photo are just the tip of the iceberg....
ReplyDeleteSorry it took me a few days to get over here, but your photos were worth it! Nice color in your shots...I need to get a new camera...
