We are coming up to Columbus Day in the United States and Thanksgiving Day in Canada on October 10. So, this week, Shoot Out participants have been asked to show something we've discovered in out town or something we're are thankful for in our town.
For the past 6+ years I've been able to look out of my office window and see this well-kept home. It's always seasonally and tastefully decorated and I'm thankful for the lovely view. Sometime in the spring of next year our office will be moving to a brand new building on the other side of the city and I'll no longer be able to look out to see this perfect bungalow. For now, I'm still thankful for the view. This is what it looks like today, October 6th.
For more discovery and thanks, please visit the Shoot Out Mr. Linky site.
It's lovely. Too bad you had to move. Happy sky watching.

What a sweet little house. It's owners are definitely what my Mom used to call "house proud".
ReplyDeleteI can just imagine the people who live inside. They must really love their home. - Margy
ReplyDeleteIt looks cute. Nothing like a well loved home!
ReplyDeleteNo wonder you enjoy this view - it's delightful. Do the house owners know how you feel? It might be nice to let them know before you have to move. I hope your next view is equally pretty.
ReplyDeleteI think it would be great to live in that little house and look out the window and be thankful for the office building across the street.

It IS a lovely view and I'm sure you WILL miss it!
ReplyDeleteWhen I look out my office window I close my eyes and imagine a pretty scene. You have been blessed to have a real one. I doubt any office window could have a prettier scene. I wonder if the owners realize the pleasure they bring to others by maintaining their home so beautifully.
ReplyDeleteThat is one nice home!
ReplyDeleteyou can have a virtual tour of the house I have just rented. It is a 1920s bungalow, before we wreck it.
