This morning on the trail

It's fall - oh, bliss! I was on the trail by 8:30 this morning and I could still find whisps of lingering mist on the meadow and trees.

The trees were alive with the antics of flitting Black-capped Chickadees, Nuthatches and Downy Woodpeckers like this one.

Happy Sunday everyone!

  4. I miss all of the birds up at our cabin. All the swallows have gone south. I did see a little wren this week on the deck though, and of course the ravens are always around. - Margy
