The Shoot Out theme this week is compliments of Rebecca - "Simplicity: Double Takes"
I think this photo fits the bill. It's one from my favorite trail and it is simple, yet for a moment you might do a double take and think "what IS that?!" A cluster of mushrooms/fungi lifting their faces to the sun.
So delicate. Lovely shot.
ReplyDeleteThat is really cool!
ReplyDeleteI always stop to look at mushrooms like this, marveling at how they can hang on so tightly. So cool.
ReplyDeleteWhat an awsome photo! Mushrooms are so neat sometimes - I love finding them in the woods. I've taken many a picture of mushrooms in the past - love this one! Perfect for your double take theme!
