Scenes from the weekend.

Miserable morning on Saturday.  Snow and more snow.  Looked out at it from my office and plowed through work that reallllly needed to get done.

Still there have been some drive-by photo ops -

More work at the office this morning - the stacks are getting smaller - so I had time to reward myself with a walk in the fresh white fluffy stuff this afternoon -

And this blurry blob of blue sitting on a branch is a Belted Kingfisher. It flies by and taunts me "can't catch me!" But I did manage this one shot -

  2. Oh my gosh these photos are so lovely - I am crazy about the one with the fence landscape - another entry for your next calendar - along with that fabulous barn photo from earlier!

    Starting Cranford tonight!

  3. Wow! Look at all that snow, Elaine. I have been busy and missing you. Time is flying, my calendar is filling up, and it is not even spring yet. I had a few weeks of computer "heck" and am now trying to work with Windows 7.

I checked out many of your recent photos. Beautiful as always. Skipper says "meow' to Gray.

I can't wait to see this spring's doves. I know Gray will be just as excited. Hey to Geoff.

Stay warm. Oh, the storm missed us. It will be quite nice tomorrow.
