Back on the trail at last

I can finally stop whining about the mosquitoes and other annoying, buzzing bugs in the woods.

When I woke this morning it was 7 degrees Celsius and the sky was clearing from overnight showers so I decided to take a chance on taking a walk on my favorite trail - with fingers crossed. I think I saw one mosquito and, of course, I have a bite to prove it. That's a huge improvement from even just a couple of weeks ago when it was impossible to pause long enough to take photos because the bugs were so bad.

Today I took LOTS of photos.
