- Hi, I'm Elaine Dale - welcome to my photo blog. I live in southwestern Ontario, Canada but am a Newfoundlander by birth and by heart. I've been an avid photographer for as long as I can remember, starting as a kid with a Kodak camera and flash cubes. These days I'm using a Canon SX100. You'll find photos of southwestern Ontario, locations within reach for a day trip or within a day's drive - and sometimes places much farther afield -like Newfoundland. From spring to fall I document our Mourning Dove nest activities. My husband Geoff is a freelance writer -buisness, agriculture, columnist etc., etc. so I sometimes follow him around and shoot what I can. Enjoy!
