Nest update - storm casualty

It looks like Mourning Dove brood #3 has failed. We had a heavy rain storm Saturday night and it appears that the eggs washed out through the bottom of the nest. I found shell remnants on the ground beneath the tree.

    it is a risky business, having babies and getting them raised to full grown. let us know when they try again.
