PhotoHunt Saturday - Bridge

Prud'homme Covered Bridge - Brébeuf, Quebec
My friend Marilyn and I had been to Mont Tremblant for Thanksgiving weekend and, as we drove back to Ottawa, we stopped and took a few photos of this covered bridge which dates back to 1918.

  1. I imagine it is now doing its job of keeping the crossing snow free... if you can get as far as the bridge in the first place.

  8. A perfect time of year to photograph the bridge, with the leaves turning complimentary colours.

I was surprised to find a covered bridge in Guelph, even closer to Woodstock than Quebec.
