Darwin and Martin are doing great in the nest, their feather development is coming along beautifully. They're big enough now that they lie head to tail, as the space is too cramped if they're cheek to cheek. By this time next week they will probably have fledged. With night temperatures getting much cooler I'm hoping this will be the last pair of chicks for this season. The welcome mat will be rolled out for the mama and papa again next spring.
